The nationwide Rogers Communications outage that took millions of Canadians offline lasted about 15 hours for most people, but the impacts are still being felt. Today, many are calling into question the cause of the outage, compensation for customers, network reliability and competition for Rogers. The Rogers customers frustrated over the outage and the impact it’s had on their lives are now wondering about compensation. Anne Gaviola explains how consumers are questioning whether they will be compensated and whether or not they will take their business elsewhere.

Canada’s premiers and territorial leaders gathered in B.C. on Monday, as they looked to push the federal government to increase federal funding for health-care services and First Nation communities. Finally, one of Canada’s most notorious criminals, Maurice “Mom” Boucher, died over the weekend. He had been battling cancer and was the former Hells’ Angels boss and was serving a life sentence for murder. Mike Armstrong reports.
