In a sport that is so gray and subjective, it can be hard to discover real truths. Add into the mix not knowing who to listen to and getting away with bad habits in matches or live goes and the waters really get muddy about what you should and shouldn’t be doing… AND when you should and shouldn’t be doing it.

I wish someone would’ve shared these golden nuggets with me as a young athlete with dreams of wrestling at the next level. Might have saved me a few thousand hours of reinforcing the wrong habits into my muscle memory before I got frustrated enough to start over at square one.
